This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect - it was conveniently close to both the north station and the JR station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with basic amenities provided including a fridge, which was a nice touch. The quality of the rooms themselves was excellent - they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk - it saved me time and money, allowing me to start my day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, but if I had to nitpick, I would say that the bed was a tad bit stiff. Nonetheless, it didn't hinder my ability to sleep and enjoy my time here.

I had a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn Express Kakegawa! The location was perfect, with convenient access to the train station and local restaurants. The hot bath on the roof was a treat, offering stunning nighttime views of the city and castle. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The complimentary late-night ramen was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the city center. the hotel’s ladies Onsen area is right in front, and the castle is visible from certain rooms. the rooms are small, but clean and cozy, and there is a bath and sauna at the top of the hotel. the breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Although the hotel is clean in general, the staff can be a bit strict regarding tattoos in the Onsen area.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and the attention to detail was evident in the well-equipped rooms, complete with a fridge. During Christmas time, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to good restaurants and a train station. The facilities were clean and cozy, making me feel comfortable during my stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The onsen's tattoo policy was a downside. Despite having a very small and inconspicuous tattoo, I was not allowed to use the facilities and encountered an unpleasant interaction with the staff.
